em not happy with the loan package offered by the banker which already been accepted by Finance Dept as there was some issues from the legal aspect needs to be thoroughly check and verified..argued with them but they wanted to proceed..as em only a AM so let them bear it...tapi kuciwa lah juga dengan keputusan mereka sebab i tak mahu kepentingan organisasi i nanti bermasalah jika package tu tak dipertimbangkan sewajarnya...
then pasal sebutharga..me as one of the pembuka sebutharga committee was called to open the sebutharga..tapi hanya satu yang hantar dan no sampul anggaran jabatan dimasukkan dalam peti sebutharga bila dibuka .. so i told the officer in charge, this sebutharga needs to be re-do. he argued with me saying that he sent five invitations but since only one is putting in their sebutharga, that is not his mistake..correct, i dont say he was wrong but i told him the process said that kalau masa first call n kuota tak cukup, you kena panggil sekali lagi, at that time kalau keadaannya sama maka baru you boleh terus proceed...and that was not my procedure..i bengang sebab dia tu lagi dua tahun nak pencen tapi tak tahu proses dan prosedur sebutharga..when i asked about anggaran jabatan nape tak masuk dalam peti dia kata, sebelum2 ni utk sebutharga berkenaan memang takde anggaran jabatan; habis buat aper buat sebutharga dan macamana nak tentukan kos perolehan sebutharga berkenaan..adusss pening mak dengan cara orang bekerja tak baca peraturan
tapi senyum sikit bila tengok fb CM, ada terselit gambar i waktu signed MOU last thursday.. (mohon copy n paste ye DSAR)
