its really a FINAL decision

so semlm me n hubby went to view d two houses;both are semi -d ..one at Tnjg Minyak..with very spacious land but yg spoil next to Chinese Temple lah..no wonder y the property was unsold..the second one pulak quite ok..but hubby said that he has no feeling/interest when looking at it for the first time so it came to a conclusion  tat he dont like it too...

after a discussion...hubby said tat he has make up his mind tat we will proceed with the double storey semi-d at Tmn bt Berendam Putra, the one tat we have paid rm3K as deposit...which means to say -we have to spend more ...

frankly speaking i luv tat house too but thinking of the price yg buat i tersangap sekejap...  so i ikut ajelah watever he has decided...cuma we need to find some xtra money, perhaps by selling our house at Tmn Merdeka then it will settle everything;  we need some money to top up wat we had now..one and for all...may Allah permudahkan urusan kami hendakNya amin...

Overall Champion for TYT's Golf Tournament

congrats hubby for winning the overall champion title in TYT's Golf Tournament yesterday..

the news come out in Melaka Hari Ini, today's edition

we r proud of him...however he was so dissapointed with  the prize..understood tat the grand prize for lucky draw worth more than the champion's prize...the organizer should look into  this issue ..they have to appreciate the players who struggle to win the game..

any way...be happy dear!!!

in a dilemma

em in a dilemma..of which house to choose...

so far already pay the booking fees of RM3K kat Eng Development for a completed semi-d worth of RM341K; secondly already pay RM500 as booking fees too kat Teladan Setia for a 2 storey bungalow house under progress for a selling price of RM288,888.00;today will view another semi-d di Tmn Sentosa and Tmn Tanjung Minyak...

yang mana satu pilihan kalbu; aku da maboook dan giler x finale nak yg mane...setiap satu ada kelebihan...hubby pening aku lagiiii pening...

beruntungnya aku sebab all these developer giving me an ample time to sign SPA sebab i told them i am waiting for my Confirmation letter before i can apply for government loan..they also agreed tat it will be a free of interest charged during this period..so sweet of them..

cuma tang booking fees tu kena lah aku pandai2 mengendeng bile da tak jadi beli....
lepas tengok another two houses then aku harap aku akan finalised which one.....kan Yang kan..

weekend flashback

Monday morning sun shining n  blooming, cherish every one's life...ada orang happy with monday, ada orang kena penangan Monday blues....macam2 version

so how is ur weekend...a lot of stories to tell?????

...anyway for me, semalam dok rumah aje..hubby ada Pertandingan Golf TYT, balik rumah da pukul 4 petang- cuaca lak mendung so kami x kemana-mana pun...the good news was tat he won the championship title for the tournament tetapi hadiahnya macam palat..penatlah orang tu main sakan hadiahnya entah ape ke mende batu hitam untuk urutan kat badan...

tapi yang tambah dia bengang, boleh ke pulak lucky draw grand pricenya TV LCD..lebih value hadiah lucky draw drp hadiah overall winner...

well anak2...mase belajar utk final exam..termasuk si kecik yg kononnya exam jugak:tapi asyik tulis jawi dan x nak buat kerja lain sebab teacher kate  ade writing jawi for exam ..i pun iyakanlah...

sebab cuaca mendung perut pun keroncong....walaupun kami lunch dekat pkl 4 ptg...tapi kelaparan lagi..kakak buat ayam goreng tepung KFC whereas me, buat lempeng dadar makan dgn dengan sambal ikan bilis...penyudahnya no one having dinner kecuali i yg x tahan tengok asam rebus...by d way paginya i buat spageti...mmm licin dibelasah anak2..masak lunch agak lambat dlm kul 2 lebih..wat was the menus...asam rebus ikan parang, sambal ikan bilis, goreng sawi, ikan dan hati....

teringatkan janji ngan officemate nak buat rojak buah kat ofis ari ni so lepas magrib ajak hubby g Family Store; x dapt banyak brg cuma nenas dan sengkuang aje...tapi i bawak je n nanti tengahari nak g Mydin tengok aper yg ade utk tambah..

memandangkan anak2 menduduki final exam hari ini, mama doakan agar semua dapat menjawab dengan baik....insya'Allah..

buat nafis yg masih liat nak g sekolah, yg waktu ni masih di rumah dipujuk ayah; think about ur future, ur life..its all on u..

saturday's activities

... well since today is saturday so definetely most of my activities more to settling d house chores lah kan..
started my day with going out with hubby n two younger kids for breakfast at about 9.30 am; then went to market..spent about rm1oo just for meat, the bones, chicken, ikan parang n garut..some veggies too..

reached home about 11 am, clean up all the lauk pauk..prepared lunch...

while i  was busy in the kitchen, my hubby is doing his job to monitor n help out the kids with their final year exam ..he guided three of them very well, one by one; especially those areas which they are not familiar with or weak..

angkat baju sidai baju- have lunch together...

dlm kul 4 pm went to Duyong; tengok tanah yang ada orang nak jual about rm80k for setengah ekar..OMG , area tu punye le terperuk kat solok mane..hisshh tak kenan le teman..

we went out with d kids too..tukar angin..let them release their stress n pressure..

earlier da janji dgn my mum n my sis nak gi belikan baju sempena konvo my sis yg graduated in Bachelor of TESL , konvo will be held  next wednesday kat UPM..we agreed to meet up at "keluargaku".
..sampai sana dlm 5.45 pm my mum da siap tunggu..everything selesai dlm kul 6.30 pm..went home, angkat baju lipat baju...

forgot to write on our menus for lunch tadi- i buat sup tulang and sambal tumis ikan parang aje sebab da penat siang dan cuci lauk2 tu larat nak masak lauk2 tu aje;.............................mmmmm itupun  semuanya licin..

abih tu wat's for dinner...well, dlm kul 9 kang lepas anak2 do their revision, kami nak g makan capati dan roti jala di Bemban..da rindu dengan kari kambing tu...berjaya kecek  hubby utk gi makan kat situ sebab rasa da lebih 3 bulan kami x ke sana ..it was one of the best capati  in town..memang selalunya ramai orang  makan kat situ; especially  mlm minggu...

baju2 masih lum gosok..will do the ironing tomorrow morning..la ni lom ader mood; lagipun banyak gek nak kena iron tu...kena maik mood dulu

terjawab sudah persoalan mengapa i still x dapat surat confirm; is becoz i x isi borang tapisan keselamatan haloss...

anyway tanye intan lagi; da isi ke borang tu dia kate x ader pun tapi dia kate rase macam da isi mase masuk kerja post kontrak dulu..

dlm hati i berkate sengal betul le admin nape awal2 mase i  masuk keja tahun lepas x suruh i isi borang tu;kan senang da ready awal- walhal org kontrak masuk kerja aje da suruh isi awal2...ape cer

sedangkan i pulak masuk dengan post tetap;

memang sengallah cara dia orang ni..

so cepat2  isi borang tu,  print gambo dan tampalkan kat atas borang tu dan nak hantar kat admin yang sengal yg tak frenly client tu hah

So quite..i loike

its really quite here in d office...suke suke

most of the staff went to UTem to attend Hari Bulan Bahasa yang dirasmikan oleh PM..em  so lucky not selected to attend the function ..lagipun masih dgn conjunctivitis..x kan nak berspek hitam lak..lagi pulak, buat menjangkit kat orang lain aje..better stay in d office...

petang nanti, understand tat there is another function going on tat is the official launching of World Karate Tournament kat MITC aka Perhimpunan Bulanan Negeri sekali..again not selected to attend...yezzer...

suddenly risaukan nafis kat rumah..he is not really in a good health condition, nampak selera makan kurang but i have prepared more foods for his breakfast this morning-ada mee goreng, fun fries n nugget too..  pray tat Allah will bless hi m with good health n recover soon

not much work to do..already settled most of it yesterday

by d way, THE GOLD LETTER is yet to reach me...mane le dia menyorok tu..
