A Famosa Resort:Part 1

today we are staying at Afamosa Resort as earlier planned...checked in about 3pm and we managed to have the bungalow with a covered pool which give us so much privacy untuk bermandi manda dan bersantai..

this bungalow is quite spacious..ada 3 bilik tidur dan 2 bilik air, lengkap dgn kitchen kabinet dan fridge..ada ruang tamu yg besar dan ruang makan yang selesa juga.

as usual mama will have to prepare foods..maklumlah bila ade sesi mengecut kan badan dan kulit maka perut pun akan sama kecut..i cooked rendang, sambal goreng ikan bilis, kobis goreng udang..ada leftover asam pedas dan ayam goreng kunyit juga...and extra sandwich filling...

macam biasa bila sampai aje bebudak semua ni da tak menyempat nak masuk dan terjun pool...ia agak dalam untuk little princess so bila mereka mandi salah seorang daripada kami kena ada untuk monitor, yang 3 tu nama aje da besar, bukan i tak percaya kan mereka menjaga adik tapi bila seronok menguasai diri takut mereka terlepas pandang kat adik tu...

dan bila da puas berendam, perut da lapar asyik mengulang makan....



Besday gift from Ayah

she has been asking for it since  few months ago...the reason we still hold buying that for her is mainly for safety reason; especially the area we stays ni adalah kawasan kereta keluar masuk...dan many dogs around...tu yang tak berapa happy nak belikan unless we have moved to our new house nanti..even this is listed in her wishlist for besday tapi not my priority to buy for her...suddenly when hubby balik mlm tu surprisingly he brought  the bicycle..

kalau ikut i, i masih nak KIV buying it for her...anyway, since da dapat juga so kena monitor her every day while is playing outside or let her cycle it in the house..

Berita Baik vs Berita Sedih

few minutes ago i received a very good news..a sms from my BIL ..related to my previous entry on the house hunting..he managed to speak to the developer's General Manager and asked for a better discount...from RM298,800 to RM278,800 which is so much discount; tq tq bang...owe u so much...

sebenarnya masa first launched the selling price was RM268K...and early this year they increased it to RM278k..and masa i gi semalam harga da jadi RM298K..lot bumi lak tu, COF lom ader lak tu...so memang la tak patut naik about RM40K from last year until now walaupun its located adjacent to show house..
happy sesangat, banyakle duit boleh diselamatkan..amin...

and the sad news..hubby told me that Surat Buang Sekolah untuk Nafis dah keluar..which means....this is really headache..i still pray something good to happen...Nafis, please please do something for your future!!!!!!

Latest Edition of The House Hunting

this is the 4th house that we view......i can say that we are yet to end our house hunting...

earlier it seems hubby had finallised the house at Tmn Bt Berendam Putra..however our booking for Belimbing Heights is still on..

and yesterday while sitting alone and thinking of our life, it came across my mind that the house at Belimbing Heights is quite far from town. And since we are yet to cancel the booking so i sesaje called the developer and asked whether they can consider if i want to change to another property..they said yes so i asked them if they have any other propeties which i can consider..was told that they have one unit of semi-d of five rooms at Tmn Desa Idaman 2 selling at RM298,800 with the area of 40x80 same like Tmn Bt Berendam Putra..i asked them to fax me the layout and floor plan.. my heart feels a little bit admiring to the design and its floor area ...especially there are five bedrooms as we have been looking for.

so this morning me n hubby went there to view the house and wow...its really interesting, there is a split level to the master bedroom, overall internal area are quite spacious..so did the kitchen ..even though the side land is quite small about 10 feet but the front area can park 3 cars and still have a big area at the corner...

it never happen to hubby to say yes directly after we view any of the houses before but for this he immediately asked me to confirm with the developer...

and while reaching the office i pun terus buat surat request for the changes...

(anyway rumah kat Tmn Bt Berendam Putra pun lom kensel lagi, yang berani tukar sana sini sebab i just paid rm500 for the Belimbing Heights)

Besday bash @Pizza Hut

The besday girl yesterday requested to celebrate her besday @Pizza Hut (atas pengaruh yang tiga orang tu)..

and knowing si ayah, memanjang ngan okay okay so went to Pizza Hut Bt Berendam at about 9 pm..
tak beli kek lain pun since she already cut the big cake kat taska..

we ordered:-

-Large Thai seafood and regular chicken supreme pizza (a set for six comes with 6 bowls of mushroom soup,6 pieces of garlic stick bread n a jug of coke)

-2 lasagna for kakak n busu farah
-spageti bologniese for hubby
-chicken wings

 

banyaknye makanan tu.......

she ate 2 bowl of mushroom soup with 3 pieces of garlic stick bread!!!!! well that her favourite bila ke pizza so sape punya yg kena "pau" beralah ajelah -normally mama dan ayah akan beralah but this time she took away si kakak punye!

(ada orang tu merajuk so makanan yang banyak tu pun x berapa nak habis, selalu dia lah tukang melicinkan makanan...  and we took away home the extras..ingat nak panaskanlah  so sesiapa yang nak bawak gi sekolah bolehlah bawak tapi pagi tadi masa i bangun tengok dengan kotak2 sekali da tiada atas meja, kena soroklah tu..tak kuasa i nak cari so biar jelah).

Happy 5th Besday My little Princess Nazwa

wishing a very warmest 5th birthday to my little princess Siti Nur Nazwa Farhaniz Binti Mohd Fabli...semuga anak mama menjadi insan yang beriman berilmu dan beramal...muga dirahmati Allah dan dilimpahi kesejahteraan dan kesihatan yang baik; kasih sayang dan peluk cium daripada mama, ayah, kak najwa, abang nafis dan kak nashwa....

so pagi ni alhamdulillah bangun dengan mood happy compared to yesterday..tak nak bawa bekal pagi ni sebab nak makan kek dengan kawan2..everythings were ready and sent to taska, hope the teachers can organise it well dan muga semua dapat rase kek tu bersama2 sambil mendoakan our little princess tu...

she is growing up so fast...unexpected to have her after nashwa was 6 years old at that time and that makes her super special ...so talkative, a little stubborn but always be our entertainer and sweetie in our heart...

we will celebrtae ur birthday tonight, waiting for ayah to come back...hadiah kalau sempat kita beli malam ni or if not, masa weekend nanti; she already mentioned what she wants for birthday..

Actually at first she asked for Angry Bird's Cake..tapi bila pergi kedai untuk tempah kek, jadi rambang mata n finally  she changed her mind nak pulak kek barbie...



since she already has one barbie cake, so here mama get u the angry bird cake..

Hari Kanak2 SK BB2

the above photos were taken in conjunction with  the Worldwide Children's Day,

which was celebrated by nashwa's school too, if not mistaken on 28th Oct 2011...

she took part in the koir (the first photo, she was at the last row behind the pink girl) and group singing too..

however, she has accidently delete the photo taken during the second show.

the rests are other photos she took with her friends on the day...

viewing the photos reminds me of my school days..

people says that "friends remain and never can end "

and em still in contact even with my classmates from standard one...
